Safe Harbor is located in it the Old Circuit City Building in Montgomery, AL at 500 Eastdale Loop.

The building is currently being renovated from the inside-out and Phase I is set to be completed by the end of 2010. Although its building is currently under construction, this has not stopped its extremely rapid growth. NCC-Safe Harbor is led by Pastor Hart Ramsey and his lovely wife Alethia.
